“ SPECIAL TRAINING SESSIONS”

THE FIRST ONE WILL BE ON THE SECOND SUNDAY OF THE ‘HALF TERM’ HOLIDAYS –

21 FEBRUARY 2010.

TIME: 10.00 – 11.30 AM [one & half hours]

PLACE: Newbridge Primary School, Charmouth Road, Bath, BA1 3LL

PRICE: £8.00

FRIENDS WELCOME! – we have some spare judo kit.  Just come along & have a go.

TRAINING INFORMATION:

The ‘Special Training Sessions’ objectives will differ from our “camps”. ‘Special Training Sessions’ will be there for students to do “Randori” (Japanese for free practise) with their fellow students, to try out their skills purely and simply. “Camps” will remain for the purpose of intense skill development over longer training periods (Easter details to follow shortly-watch this space, as they say).

MORE INFORMATION:

As long as this first session is fairly successful our intention is for these Special Training Sessions to run monthly on every third Sunday. This will then tie in with a colleague of ours

(Pro Coach Judo) who runs Judo Clubs at schools East of the area covered by us on the other Sundays. More information on this will follow depending on the outcome of this session. We hope this will be a useful addition to our overall Judo development. Let us know what you think.
